• Account information: name, email address, phone number, and password when you register.
• Profile details: role (Carrier or Escort), company name, license/certification numbers, and vehicle information.
• Payment information: billing details processed securely through Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
• Load and job data: load postings, escort requests, and related communications.
• Support communications: messages you send to our support team.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Device information: device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.
• Usage data: pages visited, features used, timestamps, and in-app actions.
• Push notification tokens: Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) tokens used to deliver push notifications.
• Log data: IP addresses, browser type, and error reports.

2.3 Location Information

We collect location data to power core features of the App. What we collect depends on your role and settings:

General location (all users):

We may collect approximate location data while you're actively using the App to help match Carriers with nearby Escorts and display relevant loads.

Background location (Escorts only):

If you're registered as an Escort and turn on "Available for Escort," the App collects your location in the background, including while the App is closed or not in active use, so Carriers can see your live position and confirm you're near an upcoming load before contacting you. This tracking is tied directly to that toggle: it starts only when you turn "Available for Escort" on, and stops immediately when you turn it off. Before this permission is requested, Escorts are shown an in-app explanation of why background location is needed.

You can disable location access at any time in your device settings. Doing so will prevent the App's load-matching and escort-visibility features from working as intended.

• Create and manage your account.
• Match Carriers with available Escorts and facilitate load postings.
• Process payments and manage subscriptions through Stripe.
• Send push notifications about new loads, escort requests, and App updates.
• Respond to support requests and communicate with you about the App.
• Monitor and improve App performance, safety, and features.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms and Conditions.

4.1 With Other Users

Carrier and Escort profile information (name, company, contact details) may be visible to other users as necessary to facilitate load matching and job coordination.

4.2 With Service Providers

We share information with trusted third-party providers who assist in operating the App, including:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Google Firebase — push notifications, authentication, and database services
• Cloud hosting and analytics providers

These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and use it only for the services they provide to us.

4.3 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or government authority, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of OversizeHub, our users, or the public.

4.4 Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred to the acquiring entity, subject to the same privacy protections described in this policy.

• Correction: request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Deletion: request deletion of your personal data.
• Opt-out: unsubscribe from marketing communications or disable push notifications.
