Terms and Conditions

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Hold all required licenses, permits, and certifications applicable to your role (Carrier or Escort) under applicable federal, state, and local laws.
• Have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.
• Not be prohibited from using the App under any applicable law.

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information.
• Keep your password confidential and not share access with third parties.
• Notify us immediately at support@oversizehubapp.com of any unauthorized account use.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

5.1 Pro Subscription

Certain features of the App require a paid Pro subscription. Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) as selected at the time of purchase. All payments are processed through Stripe, our third-party payment processor.

5.2 Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period for new subscribers. At the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless cancelled before the trial ends.

5.3 Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the App's settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for unused portions of a subscription period, except as required by applicable law.

5.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with 30 days' advance notice. Continued use of the App after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent load or escort information.
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations.
• Attempt to circumvent or manipulate the App's features, including bypassing subscription requirements.
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce App content without our written consent.
• Impersonate another person or entity.

7.1 Carriers

Carriers are solely responsible for ensuring that all loads posted comply with applicable federal, state, and local oversize/overweight permit requirements. Carriers must maintain adequate insurance coverage and are responsible for the accuracy of load details, including dimensions, weight, and routing.

7.2 Escorts

Escorts are solely responsible for holding all required certifications, equipment, and licenses for pilot car operations in the states where they operate. Escorts must maintain adequate liability insurance and comply with all applicable traffic and safety laws.

7.3 Independent Contractors

Carriers and Escorts are independent contractors. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between any user and OversizeHub.
